About Farris Ain
A Career Built on Standing Up for People
Long before he ever set foot in a courtroom, Farris Ain knew he wanted to fight for people who had been treated unfairly. As an undergraduate at Cal Poly Pomona, he studied Political Science and threw himself into causes larger than himself — serving as an active member of Sigma Chi fraternity and a committed participant in Amnesty International, where he developed an early conviction that individual rights matter and that silence in the face of injustice is never acceptable.
That conviction carried him to Southwestern Law School, where he honed the analytical rigor and courtroom skills that would define his career. After graduating, Farris chose the plaintiff's side of the bar deliberately. He wanted to represent employees who had been wrongfully fired, families devastated by preventable injuries, and consumers exploited by corporate indifference. He founded The Law Offices of Farris Ain, APC to do exactly that.
Trial-Tested in State and Federal Courts
Over the course of his career, Farris has litigated hundreds of lawsuits in both California state courts and the federal system. His caseload spans the full range of employment law — from age and religious discrimination to medical condition discrimination and wrongful termination — as well as personal injury matters including car accidents, dog bites, and premises liability. He also pursues consumer protection claims and class actions that hold corporations accountable when they cut corners at the public's expense.
That breadth of experience is not accidental. It reflects a deliberate approach: understanding the full legal landscape means Farris can spot issues that a more narrowly focused attorney might miss, and it means he can build stronger, more comprehensive cases for the people he represents.
Why Clients Choose This Firm
At many firms, you meet the lead attorney once — during the initial consultation — and then your case is handed off to junior associates or paralegals. That is not how this office works. When you hire Farris Ain, you work with Farris Ain. He reviews the evidence. He takes the depositions. He argues the motions. He prepares for trial.
This hands-on approach means two things for clients. First, nothing falls through the cracks. Second, the opposing side knows they are dealing with an attorney who is genuinely prepared to take their case to verdict. That preparation — the willingness to go all the way — is often what drives better settlements. Insurance adjusters and corporate defense teams can tell the difference between an attorney who is bluffing and one who has a trial binder ready.
"I believe that every person who walks through my door deserves the same level of dedication and preparation, regardless of the size of their case. That is the standard I hold myself to."
Our Approach
How We Practice Law
Three principles guide every case we take on.
Personal Attention
Your case is not a file number. You communicate directly with your attorney, you get honest updates, and your questions never go unanswered. We treat every client the way we would want to be treated during one of the most stressful periods of their life.
Trial-Ready from Day One
We prepare every case as if it is going to trial. That means thorough investigation, meticulous documentation, and aggressive discovery. Most cases settle — but the ones that settle well are the ones where the other side knows you are ready to go the distance.
Fighting for the Underdog
We chose the plaintiff's side of the bar for a reason. Our clients are employees going up against large employers, individuals taking on insurance companies, and consumers challenging corporations. We level the playing field.
